Mulug July 2013: after a training on tailoring and stitching a group of women from the backward village suburbs started their first small cooperative. With the collaboration of Arbor, the District Rural Development Agency and the SC Corporation these young women are now able to generate sufficient incomes to provide a dignified life to their families. More cooperatives of the same kind have been started in the region in the last years and a good number of new ones are in preparation.
